About
With over 20 years of legal industry experience, Jenn brings a unique perspective shaped by her time in private practice followed by a decade with a publicly traded global recruitment firm. Throughout her career, she has successfully placed​​ attorneys at all levels while leading national teams - hiring, training, and mentoring both new and experienced legal recruiters.
Jenn now leads D'Arcy Search with a boutique approach, offering highly personalized recruitment services that prioritize the needs of both clients and candidates. She focuses on searches for groups, shareholders, and associates, along with high-level retained searches for in house positions such as General Counsels and Chief Legal Officers.

She holds a B.S. from Bloomsburg University and a J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School, where she worked full time while attending law school in the evening. Outside of work, Jenn enjoys life with her husband, Nick, and their two energetic sons, Christian and Connor. In her free time, she loves boating, fishing, traveling, discovering great food, attending concerts, gardening, and cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies.
